• The city or place you were browsing.
• The action you were taking, such as swiping, saving, or opening maps.
• Screenshots or screen recordings if the issue is visual.
• Your device model and iOS version if the problem is app-specific.

Account deletion

In the app, open Profile, Account, then Delete account. You can also email support if you cannot access your account.
